100% Club for Residency Training Programs

HAVE YOUR RESIDENCY TRAINING PROGRAM JOIN THE RANKS OF AN EXCLUSIVE ORGANIZATION WITHIN APA.

The APA 100% Club was established to encourage residents throughout the United States and Canada to join APA and to do so with all of the other trainees in their programs.  Any training program that enrolls all of their residents as APA members will reach 100% Club status!

100% Club Member List

Eligibility Requirements for APA 100% Club Membership:

- Your training program must be a general psychiatry residency program.

- 100% of your residents must be enrolled in APA membership annually.*

- Subspecialty fellowships need not be counted in the 100% membership but can be included and recognized with the general residency program if all are members.

 * New residents must enroll in APA membership at the start of the training year and continuing residents must renew their membership in the APA annually until they complete their residency. Fellows are not required to join.

If your training program pays your resident's membership dues, your training program can enroll to receive one "organizational" invoice, which would enable the program to receive a combined invoice for all of your residents.  Please contact Louise Martin in Membership at lmartin@psych.org if you are interested in participating.

Here are some of the benefits of APA 100% Club Membership:

- Your program featured in Psychiatric News with a residency group photo.

- A recognition plaque created specifically for your residency program.

- A gift certificate for a major textbook from American Psychiatric Publishing, Inc.

- FREE online subscription to the clinical review and self-assessment journal
FOCUS.
